Do you need to export MARC records or watch links? Quickly see how many titles you have licensed and for how long? Time-saving tools may be found in the Content Manager. With the addition of license data and MARC records, managing your streaming content has never been easier!

View License Data

The Content Manager provides you with license information as well as the ability to export title metadata, watch links and MARC records.

  1. Total number of titles licensed to your portal
  2. Filters to find titles expiring within 30 days or titles which need MARC records exported
  3. Column sorting by release year and license term
  4. Access to individual titles by clicking on the poster
  5. Icons indicating titles which are expired and will be removed or will expire soon
  6. After selecting titles, export MARC records or links (Direct Watch links, LMS links, poster art)

Export Title Metadata (including links)

  1. Select Content Manager from the Admin menu.
  2. Click the Select all button. A check mark will appear next to every title.
  3. Under Export Selected, Click Export Metadata. Access the file in your downloaded files.

Export MARC Records

You may now export MARC records through your Digital Campus portal. For step-by-step instructions, please visit this page.

Export Metadata & MARC Records

  1. Select Content Manager from the Admin menu.
  2. Click the Select all button. A check mark will appear next to every title.
  3. Under Export Selected, Click All (as a .zip file). Access the Zip file in your downloaded files. The Zip file will contain two files, one for the metadata and one for the MARC records.
