Digital Campus customers can easily update the library catalog with licensed titles by exporting MARC records. Simply follow the instructions below or view this video:

Export MARC record for one title

Click on any title's poster from either the Home page or from within the Content Manager Admin menu.

2. Click the MARC Record button.

Export MARC records for all titles

Select Content Manager from the Admin menu.
Click the Select all button. A check mark will appear next to every title.
Under Export Selected, Click Export MARC Records. Access the file in your downloaded files.

Export MARC records for multiple titles

Select Content Manager from the Admin menu.
Search for the title(s) by entering a title or partial title into the search field.
Click the check box next to the title(s).
When all of the titles have been selected, click Export MARC Records under Export Selected.

Export MARC records for new titles

1. Select Content Manager from the Admin menu.

2. If you wish to export the MARC records for any titles which have not already been exported, click the filter titled Need MARC Records Exported. If you receive a message, "No titles found", you have already exported records for all of the content in your library.

3. Under Export Selected, click Export MARC Records.

Generate a list of MARC records to remove (for titles no longer licensed)

Select Content Manager from the Admin menu.
Click the MARC Records to Remove button.
A list of titles, which are no longer available in the portal but you have exported records in the past, will be displayed. Titles remain on the MARC records to remove list for 30 days after license ends.
Click the Copy button to copy the list of titles and paste them into email or other location to compare to the records in your catalog system.
Click the Close button.
