Content Manager
Time-saving tools may be found in the Content Manager. With the addition of license data, MARC records and convenient filters, managing your streaming content has never been easier!
Overview
The Content Manager provides you with license information as well as the ability to export title details, watch links and MARC records.
- Confirm the total number of titles licensed
- Select from a number filters to review the titles
- Expiring Soon - Titles which will expire in the next 30 days
- Need MARC Records Exported - Titles with records that have not been exported to date
- Recently Added - Titles added to the Content Catalog in the past 30 days
- Restricted titles - Titles which must be shared with students via a content link (Learn more)
- Sort the titles by clicking any column header
- Access the videos by clicking any title's poster
- Hover over icons to learn title-specific information, such as licenses about to expire and restricted titles
- Export MARC records or links (Direct Watch links, LMS links, poster art) for selected titles
Export Title Details & Links
1. From the Content Manager tab, select the titles:
- Entire catalog: Click Select All
- Filtered list: Select a filter and then click Select All
- Individual titles: Click the field next to each title
A check mark will appear next to the titles selected to export.
2. Under Export Selected, click Export Content Details.
3. Access the file in your downloaded files.
Export Title Details & MARC Records
1.From the Content Manager tab, select the titles:
- Entire catalog: Click Select All
- Filtered list: Click the Need MARC Records Exported or Recently Added filter then click Select All
- Individual titles: Click the field next to each title
2. Under Export Selected, click either All (as a .zip file) to export both the content details and records or Export Mark Records for just the records.
3. Access the Zip file in your downloaded files. The Zip file will contain a file for the metadata and a file for the MARC records.

Restricted Titles
The Restricted Title filter is a quick way to view restricted titles and export viewiing links since the videos are not accessible to students in the Content Catalog. Students must access restricted titles through the content links you or Instructors may share. On the synopsis page, you'll see a notice, "Students may only view this title via Direct or LMS links."
