For DRM Playback, some browsers require Adobe Flash and the Google Widevine Optimizer. Depending on the security settings and your school policies, you may choose to pre-install these requirements on campus owned devices.
Currently for Internet Explorer and Safari the following are required:

Please note that the Google Widevine Optimizer differs by OS and Browser.
For Google Chrome, please ensure that the Widevine Content Decryption Module is installed, the version number is greater than 0.0.0.0, and that it is always allowed to run as shown in the picture below. You can verify that the Widevine Content Decryption Module is installed by accessing chrome://plugins in your Chrome Browser.
